PURPOSE: The hydraulic circuit of a transmission in a hybrid vehicle is provided to secure the smooth operation of the transmission by supplying a hydraulic pressure to the transmission through an electromotive oil pump and a mechanical oil pump. CONSTITUTION: An electromotive oil pump(12) and a mechanical oil pump(14) are parallelly installed in order to supply a hydraulic pressure to a transmission. A fluid path switching valve supplies strong hydraulic pressures to a first flow path. A first check valve(16) connects a flow path from the electromotive oil pump to the transmission. A second check valve(18) connects a flow path from the mechanical oil pump to the transmission.
