PURPOSE: A method for optimizing a location and a number of power/ground pad in a power wire network of a multi voltage domain is provided to supply optimized power/ground pad by grasping a structure and a size of a domain. CONSTITUTION: A power distribution network is designed per multi voltage domain(S10). A modeling of a load current source about each node of the power wire network is performed(S20). A pad corresponding to a node in which a maximum voltage drop is the least is selected as a first optimum pad(S30). The pad is selected as an optimum pad(S40). |
