PURPOSE: A filler for heat exchange and a cooling tower for preventing white smoke using the same are provided to effectively reduce the inner humidity of the body of a cooling tower by mixing wet air with dry air on the upper part of the heat-exchange filler. CONSTITUTION: A filler for heat exchange a plurality of filler plates. The filler plates are horizontally arranged at given intervals and are vertically bent. The filler plates form a first heat exchange path(161) and a second heat exchange path(165). Cooling water flows downwardly through the first heat exchange path and external air moves upwardly. The second heat exchange path is installed adjacent to the first heat exchange path. The filler plate comprises a protruded guide(166). The protruded guide guides the cooling water from the second heat exchange path to the first heat exchange path. |
