PURPOSE: A mass-producible colored plate glass and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the external appearance of the plate glass using a reflective metal coating layer. CONSTITUTION: Colored plate glass is prepared by mixing metal oxide or coloring pigment with a glass molten material. A reflective metal coating layer(60) is arranged on the surface of the colored plate glass. A light shielding paint layer(70) is arranged on the reflective metal coating layer. A patterned sheet(80) with patterning holes is arranged on the light shielding paint layer. The light shielding layer and the reflective metal coating layer are eliminated through the patterning holes. Fine irregularities(51) are formed on the colored plate. Paint is arranged on the fine irregularities. The patterned sheet is eliminated. |
