PURPOSE: A system for testing an RFID card tag and a testing method of the same are provided to rapidly determine the states in plural processes through a defect inspection process for an RFID card tag. CONSTITUTION: A barcode scanner(110) reads out the barcode printed in an RFID card tag, and an RFID reader(120) performs the encoding and writing of information as well as the reading of an inlay tag applied to the RFID tag which is an inspection target. An operation device(130) interworks with the barcode scanner and the RFID reader. The operation device compares preset data information with the barcode information of the RFID card tag and the encoded tag information. The operation device judges the inspection state of the RFID card tag. |
