PURPOSE: A data transceiving device and method thereof in a communication system are provided to transceives additional data of the broadcasting data and a broadcasting data in a communication system. CONSTITUTION: A data transmission device in a communication system includes a processor(110), a S/P(Serial/Parallel) convertor(140), a phase selector(150), a sequence generator(160), and a summing unit(120). A processor processes broadcasting data about various types of digital broadcasting which will be providing to users. The S/P convertor converts additional data of the broadcasting data into a parallel type. The phase selector generates a phase selection value by using additional data bit except a first additional data bit in an additional data of the converted parallel type. The sequence generator generates a sequence by using the phase selection value and the first additional data bit. The summing unit combined the generated sequence and the processed broadcasting data. |
