PURPOSE: An LED lamp using LED(light emitting diode) or assembly thereof for showing meat freshness is provided to increase customer's interest and to evaluate freshness of certain meat. CONSTITUTION: A method for irradiating an LED for showing meat freshness comprises a step of doping fluorescence mixture to the surface of a blue LED chip. The fluorescence mixture is: a fluorescence mixture of a yellow-green fluorescent substance having 0.335 <= x <=0.355 and 0.590 <= y <= 0.610 of color coordinate and a red fluorescent substance having 0.445 <= x <=0.465 and 0.500 <= y <= 0.520 of color coordinate; a fluorescence mixture of a yellow-green fluorescent substance having 0.335 <= x <=0.355 and 0.590 <= y <= 0.610 of color coordinate and a yellow fluorescent substance having 0.422 <= x <=0.450 and 0.538 <= y <= 0.558 of color coordinate; and a fluorescence mixture of a yellow-green fluorescent substance having 0.335 <= x <=0.355 and 0.590 <= y <= 0.610 of color coordinate and a yellow fluorescent substance having 0.452 <= x <=0.472 and 0.518 <= y <= 0.535 of color coordinate.
