PURPOSE: A hologram sheet for a vehicle is provided to bond a convex lens layer, a dualized printing layer, and a transmitting layer by ultraviolet to prevent thermal deformation at a high temperature, thereby obtaining reliability. CONSTITUTION: A hologram sheet(10) for a vehicle comprises a convex lens layer(11), a printing layer, and a projecting layer. The projecting layer is dualized into a first projecting layer(12) and a second projecting layer(14) which form a space feeling and a depth feeling in a hologram. A cubit printing layer, the second projecting layer, the first projecting layer, and the convex lens layer are laminated in order.
