PURPOSE: A die casting mold for an impeller blade and a manufacturing method of an impeller blade using the same are provided to improve the quality of a product by minimizing the amount of air remained inside an impeller blade. CONSTITUTION: A die casting mold for an impeller blade comprises an outer housing and an impeller blade unit. A pouring gate is formed in the outer housing. The impeller blade unit comprises a melt injection unit(20), an impeller blade, a blade unit(31), multiple overflow units(32), first injection gate(34), a second injection gate(35), and a third injection gate(36). The melt injection unit is formed inside the outer housing and injects a melted material. The impeller blade is formed by the injected melted material. The overflow units are formed in both sides of the blade unit and overflow the melted material.
