PURPOSE: A piezoelectric nano-wire structure and an electric appliance including the same are provided to prevent the damage of the piezoelectric nano-wire due to external impacts by protecting a piezoelectric nano-wire layer with an organic piezoelectric material. CONSTITUTION: A piezoelectric nano-wire structure includes a base substrate(110), a plurality of piezoelectric nano-wires(210), and a piezoelectric organic layer(310). The nano-wires are arranged on the base substrate. The piezoelectric organic layer covers the nano-wires. The piezoelectric organic layer includes an organic material selected from polyvinylidene fluoride, poly(3-hexylthiophene), polyaniline, polypyrrole, poly(p-phenylene vinylene), polyvinylene, polyacetylene, polythiphene, and the derivatives of the same. |
