PURPOSE: A polymer is provided to obtain a film with excellent thermal characteristic and optical transmissivity by comprising an organic silicate structure in a side chain or a main chain of the polymer. CONSTITUTION: A polymer comprises a structure of chemical formula 1. The structure of the chemical formula 1 comprises 5-50 mole% of amine functional group based on the total amount of the structure of the chemical formula 1. The structure of chemical formula 1 is included in the amount of 0.1-50 mole% based on the total amount of the polymer. The polymer is a crosslinked polymer including a structure of chemical formula 1 in a main chain or side chain.
