PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-filled air cooling electric apparatus capable of effectively avoiding an operation failure state of a cooling fan due to freezing in a wind tunnel by easy structural change. SOLUTION: The oil-filled air cooling electric apparatus includes a tank 1 housing an electric apparatus body together with insulating oil, a cooler 2 disposed on the side face of the tank 1 and cooling the insulating oil circulating between itself and the inside of the tank 1, the cylindrical wind tunnel 5 protruding from the cooler 2 in a horizontal direction and having an opening portion having an opening atop, and the cooling fan 6 disposed in the wind tunnel 5 so as to cool the insulating oil circulating in the cooler 2 by blowing outside air toward the cooler 2. Further, the oil-filled air cooling electronic apparatus includes a cylindrical extension wind tunnel 8 having its base end attached to the tip portion of the wind tunnel 5 and its tip portion tilted obliquely downward, and a protective cover 7 provided to the opening portion of the extension wind tunnel 8 so as to prevent foreign matter from entering the extension wind tunnel 8 or the inside of wind tunnel 5 while securing the circulation of the outside air.
