PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-agent type hair dye having mild action on the skin that foams well even at low temperature and does not drip during the time from its application to the hair to its rinsing. SOLUTION: The two-agent type hair dye includes a first agent containing an alkali agent and a second agent containing hydrogen peroxide, wherein at least one of the first agent and the second agent contains a polyglycerin alkyl ether. The polyglycerin alkyl ether contains 75 wt.% or more of a monoalkyl, 5 wt.% or less of a dialkyl and 20 wt.% or less of polyglycerin. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
