PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary tool to open a cap by small effort since an older person is apt to complain about difficulty to open a PET bottle cap. SOLUTION: The tool is made of a soft plastic and has a cylindrical shape and an opening part is provided in a part of the inner diameter and the opening part has a shape to have function to be fit into the PET bottle cap from both of the vertical direction and the horizontal direction and to have visibility. The inner diameter is slightly larger than the diameter of the PET bottle cap to be fit so that fitting can be performed easily and the tool is provided with a thinner thickness part and a higher flexibility so that the tool has a structure capable of holding and opening the PET bottle cap by a comparatively small grip.
