PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a structure in which holes and protrusions are formed with high accuracy even when using a thermally expanding/shrinking film material. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a structure in which island-like protrusions 24 or holes independent from each other are formed in the thermally expanding/shrinking film material 35 is provided. The forming position of the protrusion or hole is determined by considering the expansion/shrinkage of the film material due to the thermal expansion/shrinkage, based on thermally expanding/shrinking amount of the film material due to the thermal expansion/shrinkage. The predetermined processing is performed to the determined forming position, to thereby form the island-like protrusions or holes in the film material after thermal expansion/shrinkage in desired positions.
