PURPOSE: A jig for fixing a specimen for a spectroscopic analysis unit is provided to enable the precise and stable spectroscopic analysis of a small specimen since a small specimen with a diameter of below a 13mm is easily arranged on a worktable. CONSTITUTION: A jig for fixing a specimen for a spectroscopic analysis unit comprises a body(10) and a specimen fixing unit. The body comprises a collecting hole(13) with a bigger inner diameter than an insertion hole(11), and a contact hole(15) with a smaller inner diameter of the insertion hole. The outer diameter of the body is matched with the mounting hole of the specimen holder of the spectroscopic analysis unit. The insertion hole, into which a specimen(m) is inserted, is formed on the body. The specimen fixing unit is arranged on the body and fixes the inserted specimen. A plurality of fixing holes(21), which are communicated with the insertion hole, are formed on the specimen fixing unit. The specimen fixing unit comprises a bolt unit(23), which is fastened to the fixing hole. The end of the bolt unit makes contact with the specimen in the insertion hole.
