PURPOSE: A water quality controlling apparatus is provided to stably supply process water with the excellent water quality, and to recycle wastewater discharged from each process as the process water. CONSTITUTION: A water quality controlling apparatus(100) comprises the following: a first fluid supplying unit(110) supplying first fluid; a second fluid supplying unit(120) supplying second fluid; a precipitation unit(130) connected to the fluid supplying units; and a stirring unit(140) stirring the first and second fluid before supplying the fluid from the fluid supplying units to the precipitation unit, by being installed in between the fluid supplying units and the precipitation unit. |
