<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a driving circuit for a current driven device, which quickly pre-charges the current driven device and precisely write a current signal; a current driven system provided with the driving circuit and the current driven device; and a driving method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A pre-charge circuit 250 is provided with an N-channel transistor T1 for switch, and a reference potential Vb is applied to one of the source and the drain of the transistor T1, and the other is connected to a connection point A, and a pre-charge signal PC1 is applied to the gate. The reference potential Vb is a potential minimizing a pre-charge output potential in the case of 0 gradation display (black display) of a pixel 100, namely, a current flowing through a P^type transistor T35. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
