<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such the problem wherein when there are many wiring cross parts, as the cross parts function as capacity, the capacity of signal lines are increased, then a control signal cannot be operated at a high speed. <P>SOLUTION: A circuit device has a plurality of first signal lines (V1) arranged in parallel; leader lines (6) branched from the respective first signal lines and extended in the direction of crossing other first signal lines; a plurality of second signal lines (V0); and a plurality of circuits (5), which are arranged in parallel to the first signal lines and each of which is connected to one of the second signal lines and one of the leaser lines, wherein the circuits (5) are arranged continuously, a plurality of blocks are constituted by using circuits to which a common second signal line is connected as one block (4), circuits belonging to the same block are connected to the first signal lines being different through the leader line, two circuits belonging to different block and being adjacent to each other are connected to the same first signal line through one leader line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
