PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail device of a passenger conveyor, facilitating installation work to the main frame. SOLUTION: A longitudinal member 2 arranged in the longitudinal direction of the passenger conveyor is installed to the main frame 1 of the passenger conveyor by a pair of installation devices 3 and 4. The respective installation devices 3 and 4 are mutually separately arranged in the direction along the longitudinal member 2. The respective installation devices 3 and 4 are adjusted in the vertical direction on the position of the longitudinal member 2 to the main frame 1. The longitudinal member 2 is provided with a plurality of holding members 5 mutually arranged at an interval in the direction along the longitudinal member 2.
