<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm, a method of making the same and a loudspeaker using the diaphragm, in particular, a diaphragm using carbon nanotubes, a method of making the same, and a loudspeaker using the diaphragm. <P>SOLUTION: The diaphragm includes a carbon nanotube structure having a plurality of pores and an amorphous carbon structure composed with the carbon nanotube structure. The plurality of amorphous carbon particles in the amorphous carbon structure infiltrate into the pores of the carbon nanotube structure. The method of making the diaphragm includes: a step S10 of providing the carbon nanotube structure; a step S20 of immersing the carbon nanotube structure in the polymer solution; and a step S30 of forming the amorphous carbon structure by carbonizing the polymers of the polymer solution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
