<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film emboss material generating no film wrinkles nor slackening and capable of being widely utilized for various uses, and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the film emboss material, a polyester layer with a thickness of 3μm or smaller and a softening temperature of 80-160°C is provided as a surface layer and a film with a thickness of 9-40μm of which the substrate comprises a biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate is preheated to 80-120°C at a heating temperature of 80-160°C, and pressurized immediately before a raw film is laminated, an emboss pattern of the raw film is transferred on the polyester layer of the surface layer and cooled to 70°C or lower immediately after pressure, and subjected to continuous emboss surface processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
