PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the pressure in a pressurized article utilizing an electronic tag. SOLUTION: The method calculates the impedance of a flexible antenna that is at least partially made of a flexible pressure-sensitive conductive material containing a rubber, measures variations in the antenna impedance resulting from variations in the pressure applied to the antenna, calculates variations in the tag transmission signal strength resulting from variations in the antenna impedance, embeds an electronic tag at least partially into the wall of an article that forms at least one part of a cavity, applies to the antenna a compressive force with a magnitude to be determined depending on a magnitude of the air pressure in the cavity, measures the tag transmission signal strength with the antenna pressurized from the wall part, and determines a magnitude of the air pressure in the cavity that is sufficient for obtaining the measured tag transmission signal strength and that is necessary for generating a compressive force to be applied from the wall to the antenna.
