PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange device for a boiler, and a warming system utilizing the same. SOLUTION: This heat exchange device for the boiler includes a base attachable to an outer side of an exhaust port of the boiler, and a medium path formed on the base, and a medium in the medium path is warmed by exhaust heat discharged from the exhaust port. A heat transfer body may be disposed for the medium path. The exhaust port may be formed in a state that the base is composed of a cylindrical case. In this heat utilization warming system of the boiler, the base is attached to the outer side of the exhaust port of the boiler, a warming pipe arranged inside and outside of an agricultural house is connected to the medium path, and a circulating device is disposed to deliver the medium heated by the exhaust heat of the boiler to the warming pipe, and return the same to the medium path. A delivery path for delivering the heat discharged from the exhaust port of the boiler and the heat from the heat transfer body heated by the heat to a gas path at an outer periphery of a combustion chamber of the boiler, and an air distribution port for distributing the air for delivering the heat to the delivery path, may be further disposed.
