PURPOSE: A butterfly valve having eccentric rotating shafts is provided to prevent a leakage of a rotating shaft fastened to a valve disk because an eccentric shaft joint hole passing through the valve disk needs not be formed. CONSTITUTION: A butterfly valve comprises a valve disk(50) and eccentric rotating shafts. The valve disk has shaft connectors(501) with insertion holes on both sides in which the electric rotating shafts are partially inserted. Each eccentric rotating shaft comprises a rotating shaft and an eccentric shaft which is connected to an end of the rotating shaft as being eccentric in the axial direction of the rotating shaft. The insertion holes include a first insertion hole in which the eccentric shaft is inserted and a second insertion hole in which the rotating shaft connected to the eccentric shaft is partially inserted.
