PURPOSE: A sample forming apparatus and method for metal organization analysis are provided to improve the accuracy of organization and compound analysis of a sample by preventing bubble and foreign materials from being contained in the sample. CONSTITUTION: A sample forming apparatus for metal organization analysis comprises a sample mounting mold member(10), a chamber member(20), a vacuum apparatus(30) and a pressing member. The sample mounting molded member has an open top space part. The chamber member accommodates the sample mounting mold member and is sealed. The vacuum instrument vacuumizes the inside of the chamber member. The pressing member is coupled to pass through the chamber member from top to bottom and moved to pressurize the interior of the sample mounting mold member arranged inside the chamber member.
