The engine has a regulation device arranged on central guiding vanes (8) and comprising a door (14) situated ahead a cooling air inlet conduit. The regulation device regulates the airflow upstream of the inlet conduit. An actuating system has a connecting rod housed in a case situated at the top of the inlet conduit. The rod permits to open and close the door according to need of cooling air in a heat exchanger situated at the top of the engine. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a propeller assembly comprising a jet engine (2) an aircraft comprising the propeller assembly.
