<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove fluid near an injection port even while evading the situation that the negative pressure of a suction port acts on an operation part. <P>SOLUTION: The suction port is provided on a position away from the injection port, and a fluid path is provided between the suction port and the vicinity of the injection port. The fluid path sucks the fluid near the injection port by the surface tension of the fluid and moves the sucked fluid in the direction of the suction port. When the fluid near the injection port is moved by utilizing the surface tension of the fluid in such a manner, the fluid is moved to the suction port without making the negative pressure act near the injection port. In such a manner, since the fluid near the injection port is removed at the suction port even when the suction port is provided on the position away from the injection port, the fluid near the injection port is removed to secure a visual field around the injection port even while evading the situation that the negative pressure of the suction port acts on the operation part by separating the suction port from the injection port. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
