<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device capable of suppressing variations in the luminance, within a light-emitting region when a device is turned into one having a large area. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting device is provided with a first electrode transmitting visible light, a layer containing a light-emitting substance, a second electrode composed of aluminum, an insulating layer and a wiring on a substrate. The first electrode has a first region and a plurality of second regions. In the first region, the insulating layer and the wiring are formed contacting the first electrode, a layer containing fluorescent substance is mounted on the insulating layer and the wiring, and the second electrode is mounted on the layer containing the fluorescent substance. In the plurality of second regions, a layer containing the fluorescent substance is mounted contacting on the first electrode, and the second electrode is mounted on the layer containing fluorescent substance. The first region are formed so as to surround each of the plurality of second regions, and the light emitted from the layer containing the fluorescent substance is irradiated from a first electrode side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
