PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To test by mixing at random individual instructions selected from test object instructions at random and a command string pattern constituted of pre-created test object instructions.

SOLUTION: A test device 10 for testing an information processor using test data generated at random and test commands includes a program generating means which generates a test procedure made by mixing at random the test commands selected at random from the plurality of test commands and command patterns constituted by combining the plurality of test commands and creates a test program for testing the test procedure and the test data.
