<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking sheet for a microwave oven in which any partial temperature irregularity of food caused by irregular contact hardly occurs even if the cooking sheet is used for food of an irregular shape when it is heat-cooked in the microwave oven; crunchy feeling and brown are given over the entire food surface; and the texture of food is improved. <P>SOLUTION: The cooking sheet for microwave oven is a continuously wound sheet in which a heating body consisting of a metal layer capable of generating the heat by absorbing microwave with a metal being vapor-deposited thereto, and a heat-resistant plastic layer to cover the metal layer is provided on a paper base material, and the heating body is integrated with the base material.
