PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overtube for treatment making a plurality of endoscopes usable and also making the intestinal tract swellable when performing aeroperitonia, and to provide a treatment system. SOLUTION: The overtube for treatment includes a flexible part provided with a plurality of endoscope insertion channels for inserting the endoscope and a pair of balloons 121 and 122 mounted on positions separated from each other in an axial direction on the outer peripheral surface of the flexible part and controlled to be expanded and contracted respectively independently. The endoscope insertion channels include a channel 112a for a main scope opened on the distal end face of the flexible part and a channel 114a for a sub scope opened on the outer peripheral surface of the flexible part between the pair of balloons 121 and 122. The channel 114a for the sub scope is formed in such a direction that the distal end part of the sub scope 300 sent out from the channel 114a for the sub scope gets over the balloon 121 on the distal end side between the pair of the balloons 121 and 122 without contact.
