PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive ultraviolet-curable hard coat resin composition that is easily cured by ultraviolet rays and is excellent in high hardness, adhesion, transparency, stainproof properties and extensibility and suitable for a material of a hard coat film used on film-insert molding including a bending step, a hard coat film having a cured film of the resin composition, and a molded product having a cured film of the resin composition. SOLUTION: The ultraviolet-curable hard coat resin composition comprises an epoxy (meth)acrylate (A) bearing at least three (meth)acryloyl groups in the molecule obtained by causing an epoxy resin (a) represented by general formula (1) to react with (meth)acrylic acid (b), a photoradical polymerization initiator (B) and a stainproof agent (C). In the formula, R's are the same or different and are each a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or a 1-4C hydrocarbon group; and n is a positive number of 1-20 on the average.
