PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder device for attaining both the reception performance of a receiving antenna to be attached to an on-vehicle holder device mounted with a navigation device, and having a built-in receiver for receiving traffic information, and the appearance quality, and a traffic information processing device provided with the holder device. SOLUTION: A holder device 30 for attachably holding a navigation device 40 includes a receiver 2 for receiving traffic information, and a receiving antenna 10 connected to the receiver, and the receiving antenna 10 is tiltably attached to the body of the holder device 30.
