PURPOSE: Pearl coated fresh flowers and a producing method thereof are provided to secure the original shape of fresh flowers, and the semi-permanently preserving the flowers. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of pearl coated fresh flowers comprises the following steps: sterilizing fresh flowers, and removing the moisture; firstly coating the dried fresh flowers with a pearl coating pigment containing acetone, a toluene solvent, a polyethylene resin, and a pearl pigment; firstly drying the firstly coated fresh flowers; secondly coating the flowers with a transparent coating pigment containing the toluene solvent, the polyethylene resin, and an acrylic resin; secondly drying the coated fresh flowers; and thirdly drying the fresh flowers at 40~60deg C for 40~50hours. |
