PURPOSE: A differentiated service-based resource control system and method thereof are provided to protect a quality of a service and a network by blocking a grade mark display which can be generated by providing all traffic as a best effort. CONSTITUTION: A resource control unit generates an initial policy which maintains priority of all traffic in minimum. The resource control unit generates connection policy and a traffic lead in policy corresponding to terminal connection information which is received from a user terminal. A control unit applies the generated initial policy, the generated connection policy and a traffic lead-in policy to the subscriber matching device. |
