PURPOSE: A multi-functional CNC(Computer Numerical Control) machine is provided to successively implement inner/outer circumference cutting by a plurality of fixed cutting blades and surface cutting by an index cutting blade, thereby improving work efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A multi-functional CNC machine comprises a rotary supporter(57), a body frame(59), an auxiliary block(77), a transfer unit, and a controller. The rotary supporter includes a jig(57a) holding a work piece(81). The body frame is selectively transferred up and down and right and left and includes a plurality of fixed cutting blades(71c,71d) cutting the work piece fixed by the jig. The auxiliary block includes an index cutting blade which is rotated with a drive motor to cut the surface of the work piece. The transfer unit transfers the body frame up and down and right and left. The controller controls the rotary support, the drive motor, and the transfer unit.
