PURPOSE: A buoyant pipe for a water structure with a bending prevention reinforcement, a manufacturing method thereof, and a manufacturing device thereof are provided to reduce processing time by dually extruding a bending prevention reinforcement. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device of a buoyant pipe for a water structure comprises a buoyant pipe extruder(10), a buoyant pipe sizing device(20), a corona discharging device(30), a pre-heating device(40), a bending prevention member extruder(50), and one or more coolers(60,70). The buoyant pipe extruder extrudes a cylindrical buoyant pipe(5). The buoyant pipe sizing device sizes the buoyant pipe by vacuum-sucking the buoyant pipe. The corona discharging device discharges the buoyant pipe. The pre-heating device preheats the corona-discharged part of the buoyant pipe. The bending prevention member extruder dually extrudes a bending prevention member(6) on the preheated buoyant pipe. The coolers cool the completed buoyant pipe.
