<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce communication cost, and to easily perform data management by reducing a data amount of image data transmitted to a mobile POS server from a cellular phone, in a business form reception system using a mobile POS system. <P>SOLUTION: This business form reception system 1 performs business form reception by the use of the mobile POS system using the cellular phone 3. As a business form, a duplicate order slip 8 is used. Only ruled lines are printed on a duplicated paper sheet 82 of the order slip 8, rectangular frames are formed of the ruled lines, and written-down contents of the order slip 8 are duplicated in the rectangular frames. The cellular phone 3 cuts out frame area images 11 from the photographed duplicated paper sheet 82 based on a preset extraction pattern, removes an unnecessary portion, and transmits them to the server 4.
