<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve visibility of an operator and facilitate the operator finding a desired operation guide image, when the image is scroll-displayed on a display part. <P>SOLUTION: When a coordinate position is designated on a touch panel 4101 during scroll display of each image, a display control part 522 stops an image displayed on the designated coordinate position, to be displayed on a display part 410. When the display position of the image is designated again by the touch panel 4101 in the image display state, an instruction associated with the image on the designated display position is received by an instruction reception part 523.
