<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headrest capable of molding only an abutting portion for receiving the rear head of a sitting person softer than the other part without the need of two kinds of resins. <P>SOLUTION: The headrest 1 is configured by injecting the stock solution 12 of a foaming resin to the inside of a facing member 20 formed into a bag shape and foaming the injected stock solution 12 integrally with the facing member 20.
