<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser cladding method and a laser processing head that perform laser cladding welding while changing the cladding track width during a cladding operation. <P>SOLUTION: The laser processing head comprises: a laser emitting unit 13 for irradiating a workpiece with a laser light; and a powder feeder 3 disposed around a periphery of the laser emitting unit for discharging filler material powder to a laser irradiation unit. The powder feeder includes: a position adjustment mechanism for adjusting a position where the powder concentrates; and a powder concentration diameter adjustment mechanism for adjusting a diameter of the filler material powder.
