<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock system with high recognition accuracy, capability to recognize various biometric characteristics, and comparatively low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The memory lock system of microelectronics includes: a computer interface for performing connection to an external computer; a biometric interface receiving biometric data input to a biometric sensor by a user; a controller connected to the biometric interface and the computer interface; a biometric data storage device for storing the raw and/or processed biometric data; and a large-capacity storage element for storing accessed data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
