PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weight detection apparatus having a high impact resistance, and improving the weight detection accuracy, and a weighing apparatus with it. SOLUTION: The weight detection apparatus 1 comprises a lower base 2 to which a load cell 3 is fixed, an upper base 5 for receiving a load from a to-be-weighed object, and a load transmission mechanism 8 provided between the lower base 2 and the upper base 5 and used for transmitting the load from the upper base 5 to the load cell 3.
