PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for granulating powder, which suppresses the clogging and wear of an air-permeable filter. SOLUTION: The apparatus 100 for granulating powder is constituted so that the air-permeable filter 132 is arranged on a through-hole 131 on the outside surface of a feed hopper 130 and a powdery raw material is deaerated forcibly by a vacuum pump 141 through the air-permeable filter 132. Therefore, the deaeration of the powdery raw material is performed at a position of the feed hopper 130 and the pressurization of the powdery raw material is performed at the position of a screw casing 120. Since the pressurization is not performed at the position that the powdery raw material is deaerated, namely, at the position of the air-permeable filter 132, the clogging and wear of an air-permeable filter 132 are suppressed.
