PURPOSE: A specific SSR primer set for distinguishing waxy corn cultivar Miheugchal corn is provided to evaluate purity test of genetic source. CONSTITUTION: A SSR(simple sequence repeat) primer set for distinguishing waxy corn cultivar Miheugchal corn contains two or more SSR primer sets selected from 29 SSR primer sets. A method for distinguishing waxy corn cultivar Miheugchal corn comprises: a step of isolating genome DNA from a corn; a step of performing amplification using the primer set; and a step of detecting the amplified product.
