PURPOSE: A specific SSR primer set for distinguishing waxy corn cultivar Mibaekchal species is provided to evaluate genetic source of the glutinous corn. CONSTITUTION: A SSR(simple sequence repeat) primer set for dintinguishing waxy corn cultivar Mibaekchal comprises two or more SSR primer sets selected from 34 SSR primer sets. A kit for distinguishing waxy corn cultivar Mibaekchal comprises the SSR primer set and reagents for performing amplification. The reagents for performing amplification contain DNA polymerase, dNTPs, and buffer. |
