PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning device for an air suspension which, in replacement of a diaphragm, can realize positioning relative to an end plate or a suspension in such a manner that a new diaphragm is mounted at a proper mounting position between a piston member and the end plate. SOLUTION: An end plate 23 of a suspension is placed on a positioning member 1. A sliding column member 3 is slid against a column member 2 to allow a marker member 4 on the upper end of the sliding column member 3 to correspond to a predetermined position of a piston member 24, and a mark is put with the marker member 4 at a predetermined position of the piston member 24.
