<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inkjet recording colored glossy paper manufactured by a casting method, which is a recyclable recording medium having a uniform feeling of glossiness equivalent to a medium manufactured using a photographic paper base material or a film base material while having an excellent ink absorbing property with less color unevenness, and to provide a manufacturing method that can reduce color unevenness extremely. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet recording colored glossy paper includes one or more ink receiving layers on at least one side of the paper base material, and a gloss developing layer containing a pigment and a binder on the ink receiving layers. The inkjet recording colored glossy paper is colored on both sides with a coloring agent, and both of at least the paper base material and the ink receiving layers contain the coloring agent.
