摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the sheet thickness accuracy from being lowered due to increase of the sheet thickness when rolling closely becomes in a stopped state by the rewinding or the like of a coil in the rolling process in the cold rolling mill, or when the rolling is restarted from the stopped state. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relates to a device 20 for controlling the sheet thickness of the cold rolling mill, and the device 20 includes: an AGC control section 21 for controlling the roll gap in each rolling stand 1 on the basis of the variation of rolling load, mill rigidity and a predetermined proportional gain on each rolling stand 1; a gain determining means 22 for determining the proportional gain in accordance with the rolling speed of the rolling stand 1; and a lock-on means 23 for setting lock-on load on each rolling stand. The lock-on means 23 is constituted so that the rolling load in a stationary rolling speed is set as the lock-on load when the rolling speed is lower than the predetermined speed, or the rolling speed is zero, and the actual value of the rolling load is set as the lock-on load when the rolling speed is higher than the predetermined speed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
